We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a court order, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Revenue Tenfold, our clients, or the public; or to respond to a government or regulatory request.

With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

Website usage and analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely. Financial and transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

When Personal Information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
